With Adam Watson being promoted to the First Team. Harry & Kier took over the Reserves in 2024, a solid 4th place finish in the last season of the MFL Reserve League. This presented Harry with an opportunity to step in and continue Adam’s great work in ensuring the players are of a quality to support the first team.
Under Mr. Watson’s guidance in their first season (22/23), they impressively got to two semi finals & got the reserves promoted to the Birmingham AFA as champions. Going into the next season (23/24), they finished second in the MFL Reserve league with winning The Senior Cup & League Cup.
With Harry now going to support Paul Burke with the MFL under 21’s and Adam stepping down from first team responsibilities. Adam has again took the reins of the Reserves looking to take us as a club forward and ultimately push for winning the AFA Premier division. We are sure with the guidance of ‘The Chief’ returning we will push for more success like his last spell!
