Sutton United Football Club is proud to host over 40 junior teams, catering for players from Under 7s through to Under 18s, making our youth section one of the strongest and most vibrant in the region.
Our boys’ teams compete in the Central Warwickshire Youth Football League (CWYFL) on Sundays and the Midland Junior Premier League (MJPL) on Saturdays, while our girls’ teams proudly represent the club in the Central Warwickshire Girls Football League (CWGFL) on Saturdays. With every manager holding a minimum FA Level 1 coaching qualification, we have developed a junior programme that prioritises quality coaching, player development, and enjoyment — something we are extremely proud of.
Based across our two home venues at Coleshill Road and Hollyfield Road, the club has created something truly special. While all teams are competitive and ambitious, there is a clear understanding that every squad is part of a wider club identity, not just an individual team. On training nights, it’s common to see players of all ages mixing together, enjoying their football, while parents and families do the same — reinforcing the inclusive, welcoming environment that defines Sutton United.
We also run a fantastic monthly club-wide training event, where members of the First Team actively get involved with our junior players. These sessions are a huge highlight for our young footballers and play a key role in inspiring the next generation while strengthening the bond between youth and senior football.
Beyond the pitch, Sutton United places huge value on community. Each year, we host our much-loved Dads, Lads & Lasses camping trip, open to all junior age groups. This hugely popular event sells out annually and has become a standout moment in the club calendar — a perfect reflection of the family atmosphere we’ve worked hard to build and continue to protect.
Through quality coaching, shared experiences, and a strong sense of togetherness, Sutton United offers far more than just football — we offer a pathway, a community, and a club for life.
